• Qualifying Marks For National Championship with effect from 1st January, 2025.

• Sub-Junior, Junior, Senior & Master National Bench-Press, Deadlift & Powerlifting Championship (M&W), (unequipped) & (equipped), will be held from 17th 20th November, 2025 at Hari-Niwas Palace, Palace Road Karan Nagar Jammu. Also selection trial for World Powerlifting Championship at Las Vegas (USA) in March, 2026.(Registration Form)

• National Bench-Press & Deadlift (unequipped & equipped) Powerlifting Championship all age category to be held from 24^th to 26^th of June, 2025.(Registration Form)

• 49^th Men & 41^st Women Senior National Bench-Press, Deadlift & Powerlifting Championship (equipped & unequipped) to be held from 16^th to 18^th September, 2025.(Registration Form)
